2. Service Description
Clipsy provides a video commerce platform that allows Shopify merchants to embed shoppable video carousels on their storefronts. We host and serve the video content through third-party providers (Mux) to ensure optimal performance.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you upload to Clipsy. You must ensure that you have all necessary rights to use and display the video content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive.
4. Fees and Payment
Clipsy offers various subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Pro). Fees are processed through Shopify's billing system. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
The "Clipsy" name, logo, and the software itself are the exclusive property of makaw.dev. Your use of the service does not grant you any ownership rights in our technology or branding.
6. Limitation of Liability
Clipsy is provided "as is" without any warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, makaw.dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website or through the Shopify admin dashboard.
